Shipping

All original paintings ship free within the United States.

Paintings are carefully packed and ship within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. Every shipment is tracked and insured, and you will receive the tracking number by email when your painting ships. Delivery time after shipping varies by destination.

Local pickup in the Cary, North Carolina area is available by arrangement — contact info@rozitaart.com.

Returns

If a painting is not right for your space, you may return it. Contact me at info@rozitaart.com within 14 days of delivery to arrange your return. The painting must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, except when a painting arrives damaged.

Refunds

When the returned painting arrives back and has been inspected, a refund of the purchase price will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Damaged in Transit

If your painting arrives damaged, contact me at info@rozitaart.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and I will issue a full refund.

Commissions

Commissioned paintings are created to order for a specific collector and are final sale.
